There are these cliffs at a place called Neshanic Station that we would hang out at in the spring and summer. I brought my guitar one day and was sitting in the middle of a stream on a big rock when this girl joined me to listen to me play. We ended up actually being from the same high school-she was younger though so I didn't know her then. The weird thing about this song is I had forgotten how it went for years and then a couple of months ago I was warming up at my gig drinking coffe with my wife and it came right back to me. I recorded it the next morning-before I got a chance to forget it again-I like this one and play it out live alot.
